How do I register a program?
To register any program you will need to go to product page and click register link next to that program. This will take you through registration process. After registration, you will be given download URL for the full version of a program that you can install over existing version.
What does “Free lifetime upgrades and support” means?
It means that from the moment you purchase one of our programs, you get new versions of that program for free forever as well as technical support in case you have any problems.
How do I check if there are any updates for my program?
To check if you have the latest version, go to Help > About menu and click check for updates button. If there are any updates available you will see it in the status window.
I was given two licenses when I purchased a program. How do I install it onto my other computer?
There are two ways to do that:
1) Copy installation file to a floppy disk and open that file on the other computer.
2) When you purchased a program you received confirmation email with download URL of a program. Forward that email to your other computer, download and open installation file to set up the program.
